Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy * Booking & Payment: *1.1 Down Payment: Non-refundable 20% down payment secures booking (via PayPal). *1.2 Full Payment: *Shared Tours: Remaining 80% of tour fee + separate Eco-Tourism Development Fee (EDTF) in PHP cash on tour day,before departure. *Private Tours: Remaining 80% of tour fee in PHP cash on tour day, before departure. EDTF included in price. *1.3 Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmed upon 20% down payment receipt. Confirmation message sent via email/contact. *Eco-Tourism Development Fee (EDTF): *2.1 Shared Tours: Mandatory PHP 400/person EDTF. Valid 10 days, transferable to other island tours. EDTF not included in shared tour price. *2.2 Private Tours: EDTF included in private tour price. *Tour Inclusions: *Refer to specific tour description for inclusions (e.g., boat,guide,lunch,gear). *Rescheduling Policy: *4.1 Rescheduling by Customer: *Guests may reschedule up to 10 full days before the tour. *Rescheduling requests received less than 10 full days before the tour will not be accommodated. * Rescheduling is subject to availability. *Cancellation Policy: * 5.1 Cancellation by Customer: *Cancellations made 10 full days or more before the scheduled tour will receive an 80% refund of the total tour price,excluding the down payment. *Cancellations made less than 10 full days before the scheduled tour are non-refundable. *No refunds will be issued for no-shows (failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled departure time). *5.2 Cancellation by Laag Palawan: *Laag Palawan may cancel tours due to unsafe weather,mechanical issues,or other circumstances that may compromise the safety of our guests. *In the event of a tour cancellation by Laag Palawan,a full refund of the total tour price will be provided. *5.3 Refund Processing: Refunds,when applicable,will be processed within 7-10 working days. *Liability & Precautions: *6.1 Laag Palawan not responsible for loss/damage to personal belongings. *6.2 Sea conditions unpredictable.Use waterproof bags/phone protectors. * 6.3 Guests must follow tour guide instructions. * Tour Changes: * Tour itineraries/schedules may change without notice due to weather,tides,etc. * Contact Information: * Inquiries,cancellations,refunds: * Laag Palawan * +639617995221 * laagpalawan@gmail.com
